Village of the Heiva: where arts and crafts meet

For six years now, Maison de la Culture has organised a Village of Arts and Crafts as part of the Heiva Festival at the entrance of the performance area. In partnership with CCISM (Chamber of Commerce), this Village now accommodates the world of art jewellery. Mrs. Fauura Bouteau, a lady famous for the originality of her creations, is introducing skilful jewellers, sculptors and artisans. All are eager to show their talent. Located on the lower plaza, this exhibition is an opportunity for the public to see the wide range of skills of our artisans.

This year the artisans welcome you with jewellery, colourful tifaifai (patchwork items), clothes and artisanal objects that will appeal to visitors.

Finally, the Heiva Boutique is open each evening for souvenirs like t-shirts and tops, pareu and other branded products.
